Pllana Ventures was founded by brothers Mentor Pllana and Besnik Pllana. Their shared ambition brings together entrepreneurial leadership, operational experience and a commitment to building lasting value.
From a small doors-and-windows shop in Mitrovica, the brothers grew into construction. One house became two, four, twelve and forty-seven. That experience grew into BP Home Investment and the ambition to build global companies.
Today, Pllana Ventures connects investment management, industrialized construction, communities, business infrastructure, clean energy and open innovation. The 5P Framework connects these businesses through people, repeatable systems and measurable progress.
Our team is a cornerstone of that journey. The people who lead commercial development, finance, engineering, marketing, sales, innovation, procurement and logistics turn a shared vision into daily delivery.
