Five pillars, one operating loop, and three levels of impact.

The 5P Framework connects five pillars: People, Process, Product, Project and Profit. It grew from operating experience across teams, factories, products and international projects.

The loop matters. Profit supports reinvestment in people and the next cycle of growth. Diagnose, Design, Deploy, Measure and Compound describe the work of improving that cycle.

The framework applies at three levels. Human connects people with performance. Enterprise connects people with profit. Sovereign connects population with prosperity.

The planned public platform launch is 14 December 2026. Implementation manuals and scientific papers are being prepared; publication of research remains subject to peer review.

The invitation is open to experts, companies, academia and public institutions who want to turn the framework into practical capability.
